Software as a Services. (SAAS). If Customer orders SaaS Services, then Rizse will make available to Customer the SaaS Services on a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicenseable basis only: (a) during the relevant Order Term, (b) internally for Customer’s own internal purposes and not for resale or license to third parties, (c) by up to the authorized number of Users, (d) subject to any applicable Usage Allowances, and (e) in accordance with any additional SaaS Services rights and limitations specified in the Order.

Software as a Services. (SaaS) 3.1 Vendor must provide a SaaS/Cloud platform solution for deploying content to County Workforce Members. 3.2 Cloud platform must have the ability to deploy training content to non-County Workforce members that are not part of the County environment and do not have a county email address but have contractual agreements to perform work for or on behalf of the County. The system must allow the training to be deployed to a non- county organizational address or personal email address as needful. The above could be accomplished via file upload to the system or via another method that streamlines a bulk deployment, tracking and reporting of the training for individuals that fall into this category and is mutually agreed to between county and vendor.

  • SaaS Services 6.1 Our SaaS Services are audited at least yearly in accordance with the AICPA’s Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (“SSAE”) No. 18. We have attained, and will maintain, SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance, or its equivalent, for so long as you are timely paying for SaaS Services. Upon execution of a mutually agreeable Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”), we will provide you with a summary of our compliance report(s) or its equivalent.   • Free Services MIRAGE may make Free Services available to You. Use of Free Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Section 2.2 (Free Services) and any other portion of this Agreement, this section shall control. Please note that Free Services are provided to you without charge up to certain limits as described in the Documentation. Usage over these limits requires your purchase of additional resources or services.   • Software and Services Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-SDD-TMP-232 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
