The Vendor software commissioning engineer must complete a “Cargo Problem Feedback Form” for any faulty or replacement boards and deliver to the Spare Parts manager. The Vendor engineering supervisor must make the appropriate modifications or corrections to faulty or inaccurate data in the Engineering Document.
