Installation and Integration. 6.1 Standards All Site Preparation must be completed in accordance with the project's Implementation Schedule to assure inclusion in acceptance testing and Conditional Acceptance of the System or System Expansion. Customer shall furnish all labor and materials necessary to prepare and complete each Site in compliance with all applicable codes and in accordance with the Implementation Schedule. Customer will advise Motorola upon completion of MSO Site preparation. Motorola will commence installation and integration only after this notification of "READY for FNE" is made. The equipment will be installed and integrated by Motorola in accordance with the following standards:
6.1.1 All work shall be performed by skilled Motorola personnel and qualified subcontractors approved by Motorola.
6.1.2 Motorola parts or parts of equal quality will be used.
6.1.3 The work will be performed in accordance with the instructions and techniques as described in the manuals supplied by the equipment vendor.
6.1.4 All grounding shall be in conformance with Motorola systems engineering requirements.
6.2 Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Motorola shall install and integrate the System or System Expansion as specified in the Agreement when the Site is listed "Ready for FNE." A Site is "FNE Ready" at the point in time when the installation team can deliver, install, integrate, and test all of the FNE and associated ancillary equipment in a continuous, uninterrupted manner. "Ready for FNE" is further defined as, but is not limited to, the following conditions being met:
6.2.1 Lease agreement commenced.
6.2.2 All construction work has been completed. This includes but is not limited to the completion of interior finishes (including all paint and floor covering), electrical work (including all lighting, convenience outlets, grounding and bonding), cable ladder (installed and grounded), and HVAC systems fully operational.
6.2.3 Final inspection granted.
Installation and Integration. Any CoreFiling Software which has been installed by a non-accredited engineer will not be eligible for CoreFiling Support, even when CoreFiling is in receipt of Maintenance Fee for that particular piece of CoreFiling Software. Where a solution has been installed be a non-accredited engineer, CoreFiling will reinstall the relevant Software and the current standard time and materials rate. Any services required will be delivered between Monday – Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), between 9am and 6pm. Out of hours working arrangements are available upon request at additional cost and must be agreed in advance.
Installation and Integration. The Supplier must install and integrate the System at the Sites by the dates set out in the Project Plan, including by:
(a) installing the Hardware, including any necessary Hardware cabling;
(b) installing the Software on the Hardware;
Installation and Integration. In coordination with ITA and AA, Orbitz shall install and implement the ITA Software on its servers or servers under its control. Upon implementation, Orbitz will provide AA with supporting documentation and evidence of the satisfactory implementation and operation of the ITA Software. AA shall have been deemed to have accepted such implementation and operation in the event that AA does not provide Orbitz written notification, reasonably detailed, outlining where such implementation and operation fails in any material respect to meet the specifications and/or other acceptance criteria mutually agreed upon by the parties, within sixty (60) days after AA receives written notification by Orbitz of such implementation and operation of the ITA Software. Notwithstanding any rejection by AA, operational use of the ITA hosting services, or any portion thereof, by AA shall be deemed to constitute acceptance thereof.
Installation and Integration. Pursuant to a mutually agreeable Development Plan, MDT, with the assistance of Emory, will install and integrate the My Medtopia Health Manager onto the Website. MDT shall also provide, at its expense, training to Emory’s employees and agents on the features, functionality and use of the My Medtopia Health Manager.
Installation and Integration. 5.1. All equipment prices shall include installation, with the exception of integrated software solutions and Production Equipment.
5.2. Contractor may charge the contracted rate for integrated software and Production Equipment installation. The total number of hours/days needed shall be agreed to, in writing, before any installation or integration services may be initiated. The Contractor shall charge only for actual costs incurred.
5.3. If a Contractor needs to utilize special rigging (e.g. a crane) where the Purchasing Entity does not have an elevator accessible for moving the equipment, they may charge the hourly installation/integration rate. However, all rigging charges shall be mutually agreed to, in writing, before Work begins.
5.4. Contractor shall affix a label or a decal to the equipment at the time of installation which shows warranty period by dates, and the name, address, and telephone number of Contractor or
5.5. Contractor and the Purchasing Entity shall, prior to Order placement, review the installation location to ensure the proposed location meets the Manufacturer's installation criteria.
5.6. If special installation is required, the Contractor and Purchasing Entity shall agree in writing, to the total cost of the installation.
5.7. Should the proposed installation location not meet established installation criteria, the Contractor and the Purchasing Entity shall attempt to locate an alternate mutually agreeable location for the equipment.
Installation and Integration. 5.1 Developer shall be responsible for providing installation and integration of all Derivative Products the Developer sells directly to End Users. The Developer shall require that its distributors provide installation and integration services for the Derivative Products they sell to End Users.

Installation and Integration. 7.1 The Client shall be responsible for selecting and installing the Charge Points. After the Charge Points have been installed, and subject to clause 12.1, Fuuse shall provide any reasonably necessary support for the integration of the Charge Points with the Software through our standard onboarding process where required (Integration Services).
7.2 The Client shall be responsible for providing all necessary support to their customers for the integration of the OCPP 1.6 Charge Points with the Software including but not limited to the set up, configuration and testing of Charge Points.
7.3 The Client shall ensure that it has procured a smart enabled OCPP 1.6 Charge Point from the provider. All Charge Points shall be connected to a 3G, 4G or 5G mobile network, or if a phone signal is not available then over the internet via Wi-Fi. The Client acknowledges that all Charge Points must actively communicate with Xxxxx’s servers to enable them to be remotely maintained. Fuuse shall not be held liable should the installation fail to ensure internet-based communication with the Software.
7.4 In order to receive the Integration Services, the Client agrees to promptly provide Fuuse with:
(a) Site details;
(b) MPAN and site load capacity details (if load balancing required);
(c) Charger name;
(d) OCPP ID;
(e) Meter delivery value;
(f) Connector identifier;
(g) Maximum power; and
Installation and Integration. Inspect, install and integrate all the process equipments as per the layout in Phase 1.
