Software Updates and Patches. NurvedCloud takes security extremely seriously. By default all NurvedCloud servers are configured to check and install the latest critical OS software updates from Microsoft at regular intervals during the day and will reboot the server if necessary at a pre-specified time. You may request a change in this time but it is a breach of the NurvedCloud Terms and Conditions to disable this feature. If Nurved Hosting Ltd find that this feature has been disabled, your servers/s will immediately be removed from the network.
Software Updates and Patches. The Supplier takes security extremely seriously. By default all the Supplier servers are configured to check and install the latest critical software updates from Microsoft every day at between 23:00 and 05:00 (GMT) and will reboot the server if necessary. The User may request a change in this time but it is a breach of the Supplier Terms and Conditions to disable this feature. If the Supplier finds that this feature has been disabled, the User’s servers/s will immediately be removed from the network.
Software Updates and Patches. Fidelis’ Uptime Commitment and Subscriber’s remedies hereunder are expressly conditioned upon the implementation of periodic software updates, as made available by Fidelis. All Hardware must maintain system updates with Fidelis approved software versions. Subscriber expressly agrees to these system updates.

This licence is restricted to the version of SoYware issued by Zuri and will include periodic system updates and patches without prior notice and without further charge for the period of your subscription only. Additional developments to Zuri are not included in versions or patches.

The customer will be informed of this in text form. The customer must then decide how to proceed and notify xxxxx of this in text form through the appropriately authorized persons at the customer.
