Common use of Solicit Employees Clause in Contracts

Solicit Employees. Solicit, recruit, or hire, or attempt to solicit, recruit, or hire, any employee or consultant of the Company, or in any other manner attempt to induce any employee or consultant of the Company to leave the employ of the Company or cease his or her consulting or similar business relationship with the Company. References in this Article 7.2 to "any employee or consultant" shall include any person who was an employee or consultant of the Company at any time within the six (6) consecutive months preceding, and including, the Termination Date.
