Solution Deployment. This Phase begins with a pilot and culminates in the production release of the Application under the Software Development Agreement and the System, under the Customer Affiliate Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Solution Vision and Solution Design for the System are addressed in the Software Development Agreement. The applicability of these two phases to installations on Customer Affiliate cruise ships shall apply only to the extent of any Custom Programming.
