SPARE PARTS COST CONTROL. If Buyer and Seller agree to implement cost reduction programs, such as spare parts reliability improvements, alternate sourcing, value engineering, or re-specification of quality requirements, the fixed costs of parts shall be adjusted by the agreed upon amount of cost reduction due to such programs.
