Special Clause. Nothing in this agreement shall prejudice or otherwise affect or impact upon the provisions of any Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty, working law enforcement relationship, or any other agreement or arrangement for the exchange of information between the Republic of Albania and any Member State of the European Union. The provisions regarding the processing of information as mentioned in this Agreement, however, shall be respected by the Parties with regard to all information exchanged under this Agreement.

Special Clause. If the Tenant comes into contact with the Fire Service Act, Building Standards Act, Pollution Prevention Ordinance, or other related laws and ordinances, the Tenant shall immediately make improvements. In the event that the tenant does not improve the violation, etc., the tenant may unilaterally terminate this agreement within 30 days from the date of the notice of improvement order, and if the tenant does not move out, the tenant’s property will be refunded. The property shall be able to be put into service, and the property owner shall be able to dispose of the interior, fixtures and fittings with the security deposit deposited by the tenant.

Special Clause. The Lessor is exonerated from all responsibility for acts or transactions carried out by the Lessee that are not in conformance with the laws of the Republic; and if it is proven that it did them, it will also constitute cause for termination of the contract, given as ending the original term.
Special Clause. The environment near a saltwater coast can be extremely corrosive. Some corrosion and/or deterioration is considered “normal wear” in this environment. Product installed within 500 yards (457 meters) of a saltwater shoreline will only be covered for half the period of the standard product warranty, up to a maximum of five years, for defects caused by corrosion. Products installed in direct contact with saltwater or that are subjected to salt spray are not covered by the standard warranty for any defects caused by corrosion. This warranty does not include any cosmetic issues or wear and tear from normal use of the product, or misuse or abuse of the product. It is valid only if the play structures and/or equipment are erected to conform with ATA Group Inc.’s installation instructions and maintained according to the maintenance procedures furnished by ATA Group Inc.
Special Clause. In the event that any term, provision, paragraph or Article of this Agreement is declared illegal, void or unenforceable, the same shall not affect or impair the other terms, provisions, paragraphs or Articles of this Agreement. The doctrine of severability shall be applied. The parties do not intend by this statement to imply the illegality, voidability or unenforceability of any term, provision, paragraph or Article of this Agreement.
