Special Event Permit. A Special Events Permit may be required for Events at which it is anticipated that 75 or more individuals will attend, Events involving the sale of goods, Events at which alcohol will be present, and Events open to the general public. The Special Event Permit imposes additional rules and restrictions not set forth in this Agreement. Special Event Permit. The City hereby finds the World Series to comply with the Municipal Code of Park City Section 4A. The special event permit is contingent upon Organizer complying with this Agreement, maintaining specified insurance, and operating the Event in accordance to the terms set forth herein and in the attached Exhibits and approved Technical Map and plans.
