Special Event Permit. A Special Events Permit may be required for Events at which it is anticipated that 75 or more individuals will attend, Events involving the sale of goods, Events at which alcohol will be present, and Events open to the general public. The Special Event Permit imposes additional rules and restrictions not set forth in this Agreement. If a Special Event Permit is required for the Event, then this Agreement must be submitted for approval at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date scheduled for the Event, unless a different deadline is established by the County Administrative Officer, and shall be of no force and effect unless and until the Special Event Permit has been issued.

Special Event Permit. The City hereby finds the World Series to comply with the Municipal Code of Park City Section 4A. Upon execution of this Agreement, Park City shall issue to TCS a Special Event Permit that covers all activities of TCS described in this Agreement that may require such a Permit. Annual Supplemental Plans will be necessary to obtain building permits, temporary beer and liquor licenses, sign plan approval, transportation, security, and waste/recycling plans, and all other required permits, approvals, variances, etc. that may be encompassed by the Special Event Permit for each World Series. TCS will coordinate with the City and any other approved special event applicants to ensure that the impacts of events are minimized to the surrounding community.
Special Event Permit. Depending on the type of event you are hosting, you may need a Special Events Permit. If an event is going to involve more than fifty (50) people and/or impact public facilities such as streets or sidewalks, a Special Events Permit will be required. Special Event Permit. A. Special Event Permit. Beyond the footprint of the Facility, Operator must comply with the City’s Special Events Permit Process and notify the City’s authorized representative of such potential activity according to the policies and guidelines within the required timelines and formal permit applications and meetings.
Special Event Permit. As part of the terms of the original Request for Proposal (RFP} presented by the Town to Sustainable Waze, Sustainable Waze is required to apply for, and follow the special event permit application process. As such, all conditions, including the scope of work, use of premises, timelines, requirements, and Town commitments will be included in the special event permit conditional letter of approval.
Special Event Permit. Licensee shall apply for and obtain a City Special Event Permit for the Fair. Issuance of the Special Event Permit will require 45 days for staff review. The Special Event Permit application will be reviewed in conjunction with the Fair Map and Implementation Plan. This Special Event Permit is essential for coordinating aspects of the Fair such as access and security, safe ingress and egress for pedestrians and vehicles, adequate liability protection, scheduling, and needed coordination between Licensee and City staff and contractors. By April 1, Licensee will submit to the City for review and approval a Fair Map and Implementation Plan depicting and describing how the Fair will be laid out on the Licensed Premises. The Fair Map and Implementation Plan will address details of Fair operations and coordination between the Licensee and the City and others not otherwise addressed in this Agreement so as ensure adequate coordination for a successful and safe Fair. The Licensee will be responsible for coordinating the activities comprising the Fair with other Fairgrounds users as appropriate consistent with the approved Fair Map and Implementation Plan, the Special Event Permit and this Agreement once the City has approved the Fair Map and Implementation Plan and issued the Special Event Permit.
Special Event Permit. Lessee shall obtain from the City of Twin Falls a Special Event Permit in form acceptable to the City which shall cover the real property affected by this Lease.
Special Event Permit. LESSEE agrees to cause the USGA to obtain a Special Event Permit, as set forth in Section 22 of this Lease for the conduct of the Championship.
