Special Event Permit. A Special Events Permit may be required for Events at which it is anticipated that 75 or more individuals will attend, Events involving the sale of goods, Events at which alcohol will be present, and Events open to the general public. The Special Event Permit imposes additional rules and restrictions not set forth in this Agreement. A Special Events permit application package and related information may be obtained by contacting the Risk Management at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. If a Special Event Permit is required for the Event, then this Agreement must be submitted for approval at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date scheduled for the Event, unless a different deadline is established by the County Administrative Officer, and shall be of no force and effect unless and until the Special Event Permit has been issued.
Special Event Permit. The City hereby finds the World Series to comply with the Municipal Code of Park City Section 4A. Upon execution of this Agreement, Park City shall issue to TCS a Special Event Permit that covers all activities of TCS described in this Agreement that may require such a Permit. Beyond the footprint of the Facility, Operator must comply with the City’s Special Events Permit Process and notify the City’s authorized representative of such potential activity according to the policies and guidelines within the required timelines and formal permit applications and meetings.

The special event permit is contingent upon Organizer complying with this Agreement, maintaining specified insurance, and operating the Event in accordance to the terms set forth herein and in the attached Exhibits and approved Technical Map and plans.
