Any special terms which the Landlord and Tenant have agreed to, such as the Landlord agreeing to carry out any work before or during the tenancy, are listed as an Addendum to the Agreement and are listed on the attached page which should also be signed by the Landlord and Tenant. In so far as any special term is inconsistent with any of the standard terms set out in Clauses 1 to 11 the special term will override the relevant standard term.
