Special Part-Time Employees. An employee regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week shall be considered a special part-time employee. Such employees shall be eligible for compensation by wages only. They shall not receive any benefits or compensation beyond wages paid for hours worked, unless State or Federal law or County resolution mandates to the contrary.
