Any grievance based on a complaint that the employee has been placed on the wrong salary schedule or step, or that he/she has been improperly denied an increment, or that his/her salary has been miscalculated, or that the person’s absence was improperly calculated shall be filed directly with the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee.
