SPECIAL PROVISION. Upon the request of a Faculty Member laid off for reasons of this policy, the President shall write a letter for presentation to other institutions stating: 1) the reasons for said lay-off; 2) the qualifications of the affected Faculty Member; and 3) any other pertinent information which may be of assistance in securing another employment position.
