Special rule: Electrician. An electrician may take 2 additional weeks of vacation without pay outside the compulsory vacation periods, provided the employer is not deprived of more than 25% of its employees at the same time on the same job site. The employer shall be notified at least 10 working days prior to the employee’s departure date.
