Special Supplementary Employment Benefits. 12.6.1 The Institute will provide a Special Supplementary Employment Benefit Plan (SSEB) to supplement the Employment Insurance Benefits received by employees on maternity leave who are unable to work due to a health-related absence as defined in Clause 12.1.12.
