SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED GOODS. Seller’s quotation, acceptance, and performance of any order for Goods specially manufactured to Buyer’s specifications assume timely receipt by Seller of all required information from Buyer.
SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED GOODS. Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx’x quotation, acceptance, and performance of any order for Goods specially manufactured to Customer’s specifications assume timely receipt of all required information. Customer agrees and acknowledges that any delay from Customer in the provision of required information to Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx, relating to a specially manufactured Good, could result in late delivery to Customer. GOODS AND SERVICES
SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED GOODS. In the event that special manufacturing is conducted, the delivery of 15% quantity overages or underages is possible.
SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED GOODS. On any order of specially manufactured good, an overrun or underrun of 5% of the quantities specified shall be considered fulfillment of such order Buyer shall pay in accordance with the units shipped.
SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED GOODS. 14.1 Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the Seller has the right to produce for third parties any specially manufactured Goods which the Seller produces for the Customer.
