Specific Term Appointments. A “Specific Term Appointment” is an appointment for a term of one (1) year. A Specific Term Appointment shall terminate at the end of the stated term, if written notice of non- reappointment is given to the appointee in accordance with notice requirements listed in Section 3.3.
