Specification Change Process. Upon receipt of a written request pursuant to this Section 6.0, TI shall, within fifteen (15) business days, prepare a good faith estimate of the effort and adjustments required to complete the proposed Specification change order for Ramtron's review. Such estimates shall be limited to those adjustments that TI reasonably requires to implement the requested change and shall contain: (i) the change, if any, to any applicable delivery dates; and (ii) the change, if any, to the Wafer pricing and/or NRE as a result of such change order. Written approval from Ramtron must be received by TI prior to implementation of such changes, and will be referenced as revisions to this Agreement.

Specification Change Process. If, during the Term of this Agreement, Nevro wishes to engage CCC with respect to a change to any Specifications, including critical raw material specifications and sourcing, for any Product then being manufactured by CCC, it shall give CCC written notice of such request (a “Change Order”). CCC shall respond to such Change Order, including any pricing change driven by such Change Order (provided that any such pricing change shall be consistent with [***]), and the parties shall thereupon negotiate in good faith for a written change to such Specifications, incorporating the modifications to the Specifications and any associated regulatory approvals and facility qualifications required as a result. CCC may not reject reasonable Change Orders requested by Nevro and CCC shall promptly implement any Change Orders. Except as specified in this Section 5.1, CCC may not change the manufacturing process of the Products except in accordance with the Quality Agreement. Any Inventory that will be rendered unusable as a result of a Change Order shall be identified in such Change Order and CCC shall provide documentation reasonably supporting the unusability of such Inventory.   • Specification Changes (a) During the Term, GSK will accept a labeling change from Prometheus as contemplated by this Section 4.2 but otherwise the Parties acknowledge and agree that GSK does not intend to make any material changes (such as packaging design, manufacturing process or similar or related changes) to the existing Product during the Term.

  • Election Changes The Executive may modify the amount of Deferrals annually by filing a new Deferral Election Form with the Employer.   • Specification The Airframe shall be manufactured in accordance with the Standard Specification, as modified or varied prior to the date of this Agreement by the Specification Change Notices listed in Appendix 1 to Exhibit A.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
