Specification Variation. The Buyer may, at any time, make changes within the general scope of the Agreement and/or Purchase Order by giving written notice to the Supplier. Such changes may include changes to the technical Specification of the Material (where such Material are manufactured to order), quantities, method of shipping and/or packing, inspection standards and place of delivery. Upon receipt of such variation request, if any such change affects the purchase price and/or delivery date, Buyer and Supplier shall agree upon an adjustment to the price and/or delivery date. The change to the Specification and /or Purchase Order, together with any adjustment to price and/or delivery date, if any, shall be set forth in a revised Variation Order issued by Buyer and acknowledged by Supplier in writing.
