In exchange for the Sponsorship Acknowledgements and other rights granted to Sponsor herein, Museum shall receive from Sponsor the Sponsorship Fee in the total amount and according to the payment schedule set forth in Part A of this Agreement together with any and all other In-Kind Consideration, if any, identified in Part A of this Agreement.
