Common use of Spousal and Dependent Insurance Clause in Contracts

Spousal and Dependent Insurance. Effective during the term of this Agreement, the Colleges shall arrange for Dependent and Spousal Insurance coverage for purchase by employees of $15,000.00 for spouse and $3,000.00 for each child, the premiums to be entirely paid by the employee by payroll deduction, subject to enrolment requirements, if any. The Colleges will also arrange to have provided spousal supplementary life insurance on a voluntary basis in units of $10,000.00 each to a maximum of six (6) units, subject to enrolment requirements, if any. The employee shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the monthly premiums through payroll deduction.
