Staff/Client Ratio. The Provider shall maintain and/or shall ensure that staff maintain an appropriate staff-to-client ratio that is consistent with the needs and issues of the children or youth and shall not exceed the number of children or youth beyond staff's ability to supervise, oversee and manage effectively. It is expected that the number of children or youth will vary according to the intensity of need of the children or youth and their family involved. Under all circumstances, the Provider will ensure that staff maintains proper supervision, oversight and management to assure children's or youth's safety and well-being.

Staff/Client Ratio. Whenever it does not present a safety issue for the children, it is acceptable to transport more than one child at a time. (See fee schedule for payment). Under all circumstances, the Provider shall maintain and ensure that staff maintains proper supervision, oversight, and management to ensure child's safety and well-being. Any concerns with the ability to maintain these standards shall be immediately communicated to Advanced Behavioral Health.
Staff/Client Ratio. This service is intended to be individual time with child or youth in natural settings in the community with exceptions to accommodate special events. Under all circumstances, the Provider shall maintain and ensure that staff maintains proper supervision, oversight and management to assure child or youth's safety and well-being. Under all circumstances, the Provider shall maintain and ensure that staff maintains proper supervision, oversight, and management to assure children's or youth's safety and well-being during transport and supervised visitation.

When considering safety, age of children and ability of child to maintain safe behavior must be taken into account. Both of these situations shall be determined in consultation with the Area Office Social Worker for each child transported. Under all circumstances, the Provider shall maintain and ensure that staff maintains proper supervision, oversight, and management to ensure child's safety and well-being. Any concerns with the ability to maintain these standards shall be immediately communicated to the Area Office Social Worker or designee.
Staff/Client Ratio. One-to-one (1:1) time with youth is a component of this service. In all circumstances, the Provider shall ensure that the Case Manager maintains proper supervision, oversight and management to assure the youth's safety and well-being. The Case Manager will provide services as outlined below in subsection D.1 "Services Provided," to a maximum caseload of eight (8) participants at any one time.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Product Availability Under no circumstances shall Company be responsible to Representative or anyone else for its failure to fill accepted orders, or for its delay in filling accepted orders, when such failure or delay is due to strike, accident, labor trouble, acts of nature, freight embargo, war, civil disturbance, vendor problems or any cause beyond Company's reasonable control.
