Palouse Prairie School will include staff input in the decision making process. Staff input will be linked to the governance decision making of the Board and will include: • Encouragement for staff to be present at meetings of the Palouse Prairie School’s Board • Involvement in the School Improvement PlanThe opportunity to provide input to the Board of Directors on the annual evaluation of the School Director to be utilized as the Board deems appropriate • Along with school parents and guardians, staff will have a voice in board member nomination and election, although no employee may serve as a Board member.
