Stakeholder and Economic Development Focus Groups. WSP will prepare for and conduct up to four focus groups: one economic development and developer focused; one property owner focused, one joint owners and economic development/developer focus group; and one for service providers (utilities/fire/police) to obtain direct input and guidance from affected stakeholders and organizations concerned with economic development. Focus groups would be conducted virtually and include a variety of property owners, and commercial, mixed-use, and residential developers to provide feedback on market conditions that could impact the plans, as well as other stakeholders, such as emergency service providers and local agency staff from the school district and library district.

  • Professional Development Funds 23.1.1 Two Professional Development Funds, a Professional Development Support Fund and an Education Leave Fund, shall be established to support professional development activities as defined in 23.2. On April 1st of each year, the College will allocate an amount equal to no less than 0.9% of total faculty salary (exclusive of severance payments) to the Professional Development Support Fund, and an amount equal to no less than 0.6% of total faculty salary to the Educational Leave Fund.   • SENSITIVE FOREIGN NATIONS CONTROLS (a) In connection with any activities in the performance of this Agreement, Xxxxxx agrees to comply with the “Sensitive Foreign Nations Controls” requirements furnished to Seller by Company, relating to those countries, which may from time to time be identified to Seller by written notice as sensitive foreign nations. Seller shall have the right to terminate its performance under this Agreement upon at least 60 days’ prior written notice to Company if Seller determines that it is unable, without substantially interfering with its policies or without adversely impacting its performance, to continue performance of the work under this Agreement as a result of such notification. If Seller elects to terminate performance, the provision of Part 1.13 shall apply.
