Standard of Services All services to be rendered by SCM hereunder shall be performed in a professional, competent and timely manner subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors of the Corporation on behalf of the Funds. The details of the operating standards and procedures to be followed by SCM in the performance of the services described above shall be determined from time to time by agreement between SCM and the Corporation.
STANDARD OF PRACTICE CONTRACTOR warrants that it has the degree of learning and skill ordinarily possessed by reputable professionals practicing in similar localities in the same profession and under similar circumstances. CONTRACTOR’s duty is to exercise such care, skill and diligence as professionals engaged in the same profession ordinarily exercise under like circumstances.
RESUMPTION OF TRADING Trading in the Shares was suspended from 9:30 a.m. on 4 November 2009 pending the release of this announcement. Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the Shares from 9:30 a.m. on 11 November 2009.

Utilization Review: The review to determine whether services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational (including treatment for a rare disease or a clinical trial). Hospice g. Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A. Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.
Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.
Standard of Service The Service Provider shall perform the Services in a competent and professional manner according to standards agreed upon by the Service Provider and the Company. The Service Provider agrees that it will exercise due diligence to abide by and comply with all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, and orders of any governmental authority in the performance of its Services under this Agreement. The Service Provider will conduct its business and perform its obligations in a manner which will not cause the possible revocation or suspension of the Company's Certificate(s) of Authority or cause the Company to sustain any fines, penalties, or other disciplinary action of any nature whatsoever.
Information and Services Required of the Owner § 3.1.1 The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.
