Common use of Standard Operating Procedures Clause in Contracts

Standard Operating Procedures. (a) for the collection and processing of notifications of environmental occurrences received by Yukon under this Agreement, as well as for the transmittal of this information by Yukon to Environment Canada; and

Standard Operating Procedures. (a) for the collection and processing of notifications of environmental occurrences received by Yukon British Columbia under this Agreement, as well as for the transmittal of this information by Yukon British Columbia to Environment Canada; and

Standard Operating Procedures. (a) for the collection and processing of notifications of environmental occurrences received by Yukon Alberta under this Agreement, as well as for the transmittal of this information by Yukon Alberta to Environment Canada; and
