Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Additionally, I understand that my card is not being imprinted, and in lieu of the imprint, I am authorizing this charge. I give Xxxxx valuation consultants the authority to charge this credit card and understand that another form of payment will be expected should this card decline or fail to cover the fee in full. Proof of such licenses and approvals shall be submitted to the COUNTY upon request.

  • STANDARD OF PRACTICE CONTRACTOR warrants that it has the degree of learning and skill ordinarily possessed by reputable professionals practicing in similar localities in the same profession and under similar circumstances. CONTRACTOR’s duty is to exercise such care, skill and diligence as professionals engaged in the same profession ordinarily exercise under like circumstances.
