Standards Preserved. No employee shall suffer any reduction in individual hourly wage rate, total amount of paid time off, nor health insurance benefits, because of coverage under this Agreement unless such reduction is expressly addressed by this Agreement or by a written Amendment executed by the Parties herein. If the State of Oregon minimum wage rate increases, any employee being paid the minimum wage shall have their compensation increased accordingly. Individuals compensated more than the minimum wage will receive no adjustment to their compensation solely because of such minimum wage rate increase(s).
