Estimated Fee. A. The SHR Method of Rate Calculation is an estimate. The SHR Method is prepared based on extensive experience and is intended to be conservative.
Estimated Fee. In consideration for rendering the Services in connection with the Production, Client shall pay to Company the amount set forth in Exhibit "A" ("Estimated Fee"), which shall be payable as set forth therein.
Estimated Fee. We propose to provide our services on a time-and-materials basis in accordance with the attached Schedule of Fees. Our estimated fee for the scope of services described herein are presented in the attached Table 1. Estimated Fee. Our fee is based on a 50-hour work week per location. We anticipate that the Terracon representative will stay in the area during the excavation phase, and have made allowances for lodging, transportation, and meals. We have also budgeted for the short memorandum of on-site observations. We anticipate a weekly fee of approximately $7,980 for a total task fee of $15,960.
Estimated Fee. The Estimated Fee will include the price payable for the Services and for the estimated Products required. We will where reasonably possible use only the Products (and quantities of Products) set out in the Engagement Confirmation however if additional Products are required We will adjust the Final Fee to reflect this. We will keep any increases to a necessary minimum. If the price of Products increases during the period between Your acceptance of the Engagement Confirmation and the Effective Services Start Date, We will inform You of the increase and of any difference in the Final Fee. In consideration of the provision of the Services, You shall pay the Final Fee.
Estimated Fee. The work effort is limited to the not to exceed fee for Basic Services of $119,400. Attachment B - Rate Sheet This document describes the basis for compensation and terms of payment.
