Standby or On-Call Duty. A Regular Employee who is called back and required to return to work outside of their regular hours shall be paid for any one (1) call at either: (a) the overtime rate as specified in the "Overtime" Article, or (b) three (3) hours at the Basic Rate of Pay; whichever is greater.
