Standing Quotation Preparation. 3.1 The Standing Quotation and all accompanying documents must be completed and submitted in the manner stipulated under ‘Lodging of Standing Quotation’ on the front page of this Invitation to Quote. If the Standing Quotation is to be submitted via a courier and a receipt is needed, the courier should be instructed to contact the Tender Opening Committee Registry at Room 310N, Hospital Authority Building, 0/X, 000X Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx before the courier deposits the Standing Quotation into the Tender Box.
