Starting Salary Schedule. Following all other FY20 (2019-2020 school year) salary increases, 15 instructional staff who are employed by the District at the time of ratification and have a base 16 salary below the FY20 Starting Salary Schedule will receive a salary increase to the newly 17 established minimums in accordance with the FY20 Starting Salary Schedule. Salary increases 18 will be based upon Creditable Years of Experience on record with the District as of the date of 19 payment for FY20 (2019-2020 school year) and will be retroactive to July 1, 2019. Eligible 20 employees of comparable classes will receive a salary increase to the same amount, with no 21 distinction to be made regarding salary schedule.
