Common use of Starting Times and Lunch Periods Clause in Contracts

Starting Times and Lunch Periods. There shall be a definite starting time for each employee and the said starting time shall remain the same throughout the week, unless unforeseen circumstances necessitate a change. With the exception of lunch and rest periods, daily hours of work shall be consecutive and the unpaid lunch period shall not exceed sixty (60) minutes. Work schedules will be posted by Thursday noon for the following week. If a new notice is not posted, then the former schedule of hours shall apply.
