Meeting Times. Meetings shall be held at least quarterly, but no more than monthly, at a time that is convenient for both Parties.
Meeting Times. Meetings between representatives of the Association and OC shall be scheduled at times mutually agreeable to the parties. Reasonable effort shall be made to hold such meetings at times that do not conflict with assigned duties.
Meeting Times. No teacher meetings or staff conferences will be held or required on Friday afternoon after the regular teacher workday (except for parent emergencies and supplemental duties).

Meeting Times. MM and Client will agree to a regular weekly time slot for Lessons at Client’s home. Instructor will meet with Student for minutes. A parent or guardian (18 years of age or older) must be present for MM’s home music lessons.
Meeting Times. The Committee will meet bi-monthly for up to one and 1/2 hours or otherwise as mutually agreed by the Co-Chairs. Starting with the first full month after ratification, a Committee meeting will be scheduled every month through the end of the calendar year the contract is ratified unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Co-Chairs.
Meeting Times. A. Conferences and hearings held under this procedure shall be conducted at a time and place which will afford a fair and reasonable opportunity for all persons entitled to be present to attend.
B. If a grievance hearing, at any step, or an arbitration hearing is held during working time, the grievant(s) and the Federation representatives shall be released with pay.
Meeting Times. The committee will meet once quarterly or more often as required. It will be the committee's objective to limit each meeting to forty-five (45) minutes but in no case will the meeting last longer than one (l) hour.
