State Assessment. 1. The Board shall make all necessary provisions for participation in the state assessment program. 2. In the event a resident educator in the first year of a four (4) year license is satisfactorily evaluated by the district but does not pass the state assessment, the teacher shall be required to participate in the resident educator program a second time.
