State Project Staff Sample Clauses

State Project Staff. Continuity of personnel is an important element of a successful Project, and the State will make reasonable efforts to retain the personnel in the roles to which they are assigned. The Project staff shall: 4.2.1. Maintain a cooperative working relationship between the State's work force and any State subcontractor(s) and their work force, (including, but not limited to obtaining any necessary consents required for the Contractor to perform its responsibilities as specifically set forth in this Agreement), employees of the Contractor, any approved Subcontractors and any applicable external partners necessary for the interface of CIVLS. 4.2.2. Provide access to applicable State facilities for implementation, diagnostics and troubleshooting of CIVLS. In furtherance of this responsibility, the State will provide Contractor personnel with reasonable office space and furniture, telephones, copiers, printers and network connections as specifically set forth in the Schedule of Services. 4.2.3. Provide a suitable operating environment, safe on-site storage (while installation and testing is in progress) and power for the installation and operation of any hardware products comprising the System.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

  • B5 Contractor’s Staff The Authority may, by written notice to the Contractor, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Authority’s Premises:

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • Contractor’s Staff 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. 2. This staff shall be available to the State for training and meetings which the State may find necessary from time to time.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.
