Statement of Sales. In accordance with the MASTER AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP, PUBLISH AND SELL PRODUCT, each party shall provide to the other party a Statement of Sales. Each party shall pay to the other party all money due to that party in US dollars within 30 days following June 30th and December 31st of each calendar year being the sales revenue from finished product sales and from copyright and/or film rights sales for the Product in that preceding period of six (6) months.
Statement of Sales. Tenant shall furnish or cause to be furnished to Landlord a statement of Xxxxxx's monthly "gross sales" within ten (10) days after the close of each calendar month and a statement of Tenant's annual "gross sales" within thirty (30) days after the close of each calendar year . The term "gross sales" as used herein means the entire amount charged, whether wholly or partly for cash, on credit or otherwise, for all merchandise sold, and all charges made for services performed or for the extension of credit in, at or from the Premises, or through the substantial use of the Premises, by Tenant or anyone acting on Tenant's behalf or under a sublease, license, concession or other agreement from Tenant . ! 3.4
Statement of Sales. 13.1 The Publishers shall prepare accounts for the Work quarterly to 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December following publication and such accounts shall be delivered to the Author and settled within one month thereafter, provided however that no payment need be made in respect of any period in which the sum due is less than £50 in which case the amount shall be carried forward to the next accounting date.
Statement of Sales. 15.1 S&D shall prepare accounts for the Work on a quarterly basis (4 times per year) following publication and the said accounts shall be delivered to the Author and settled within three months thereafter, provided however that no payment need be made in respect of any period in which the sum due is less than one hundred USD Dollars ($100) in which case the amounts shall be carried forward to the next accounting date.
Statement of Sales. (a) Crazy English shall prepare quarterly statement of sales detailing all sales of Finished Product and all sales of copyrights and/or film rights (if applicable) in the Crazy English Territory and such statements shall be delivered to Lingo Media within 30 business days following the end of each calendar quarter unless otherwise specified in the Product Agreement.
Statement of Sales. In accordance with the MASTER AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP, PUBLISH AND SELL PRODUCT, PEP shall provide to Lingo Media a Statement of Sales. PEP shall pay to Lingo Media all money due to Lingo Media in US dollars within 30 days following the last day in each of March, June, September and December of each year being the royalty revenue from finished product sales and share of copyright and/or film rights sales revenue for the Product in that preceding period of three (3) months.
Statement of Sales. The written sales figures for the Stores for the period from December 27, 2018 through December 25, 2019 (the “Statement of Sales End Date”) (a) are set forth on Section 3.13 of the Disclosure Schedule, (b) are complete and correct in all material respects, (c) present fairly in all material respects the sales of each Store for the period specified and (d) have been prepared in good faith using substantially the same accounting methods, practices principles, policies and procedures used in the preparation of such sales figures for prior periods in the Ordinary Course of Business, in each case, in all material respects.
Statement of Sales. In accordance with the MASTER AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP, PUBLISH AND SELL PRODUCT, Crazy English shall provide to Lingo Media party a Statement of Sales. Crazy English shall pay to Lingo Media all money due to Lingo Media in US dollars within 30 days of the last day in each of March, June, September and December of each year from the sales revenue for the Product in that preceding period of three (3) months.

(a) Party A shall prepare semi-annual statements of sales detailing all sales of finished product and all sales of copyrights and/or film rights and such statements shall be delivered to Party B within 10 business days following December 31 and June 30 for each calendar year unless otherwise specified in the Product Agreement.
Statement of Sales. If requested, VRHD shall furnish Consultant a periodic statement showing sales made to customers and all payments and other items credited to consultant during such period.
