List Prices definition
List Prices means those prices appearing in suppliers current price list. The “Hirer” is the Company, firm, person, corporation or public authority taking the Suppliers equipment on hire &/or provision of Labour and includes the Hirers servants or agents, and any sub-contractors servants or agents and the Hirers successors or personal representatives.
