Statistical Considerations on the Design. Preliminary correlations between heterogeneous information sets related to resilience will be extracted and hypotheses to be used as input to the model will be defined. Biological, clinical treatment, psychological, lifestyle, social and environmental data will be considered. Concrete hypotheses will be formulated based on the correlations to be extracted. To this end both retrospective data from the BOUNCE clinical partners and literature information will be exploited. A broad palette of statistical and machine learning techniques will be used in order to identify risk factors for poor resilience and hidden correlations among data. A methodological approach is described below.  Univariate (e.g. t-test, chi-squared test, Xxxx–Xxxxxxx U test, Xxxxxxxx'x rank correlation coefficient etc.) and multivariate techniques (e.g. logistic regression, correlation-based feature selection, sequential forward selection, sequential backward elimination, decision trees, naive Bayes etc.) will be performed to identify features of importance.  Intelligent pattern recognition analysis of an individual’s context will be applied to allow the identification of established behaviours and, eventually, cause and effect relationships.  Given the sequential nature of recorded data, association analysis techniques, able to handle both co- occurrence and dynamic relationships in multivariate time series data, will be utilized.  Temporal data mining will enable the identification of dynamic patterns or predictive rules in long-term trajectories and, eventually, will allow drawing conclusions regarding the associations between the patient’s context - indicating resilience to BC - and the clinical health outcomes, and vice versa.   • Ethical Considerations The study will be conducted in accordance with ethical principles founded in the Declaration of Helsinki. The Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Independent Ethics Committee (IEC) will review all appropriate study documentation in order to safeguard the rights, safety and well-being of the subjects. The study can only be conducted at study sites where IRB/IEC approval has been obtained. The protocol, informed consent form, Investigator’s Brochure, advertisements (if applicable), and all other forms of information given to subjects will be provided to the IRB/IEC by the Investigator. In addition, reports on the progress of the study will be submitted to the IRB/IEC by the Investigator at the appropriate intervals.

  • Billing for Treatment and Payment Restrictions Grantees will;

  • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.

  • Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity.   • ECR Number Environmental Commitment Record Requirements Description of ADOT Responsibilities TMP-3 The following measures will be implemented for the Selected Alternative: • All equipment exhaust systems will be in good working order. Properly designed engine enclosures and intake silencers will be used. • Equipment will be maintained on a regular basis. New equipment will be subject to new product emission standards. • Stationary equipment will be located as far away from sensitive receivers as possible. • Construction-related noise generators will be shielded from noise receivers (e.g., use temporary enclosures to shield generators or crushers, take advantage of site conditions to provide topographic separation). • Construction alerts will be distributed to keep the public informed of construction activities, and a toll-free number for construction-related complaints will be provided. • During the design phase, hours of operation will be evaluated to minimize disruptions during construction. ADOT to oversee for compliance TMP-4 Congestion from construction-related traffic will create temporary impacts in the project vicinity. The magnitude of these impacts will vary depending on the location of the sources of the fill material and of the disposition sites for surplus material, the land uses along the routes, the duration of hauling operations, staging locations, and the construction phasing. To identify acceptable routes and times of operation, ADOT, or its representative, will prepare an agreement with local agencies regarding hauling of construction materials on public streets. ADOT to oversee for compliance TP Attachment 000-0 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Project Record of Decision (ROD) Developer’s Environmental Commitment Requirements The following table includes the Project-specific environmental commitments as written in the ROD, with minor modifications for clarification purposes. As it relates to these Technical Provisions, references to freeway, project, South Mountain Freeway, proposed action, proposed freeway, and Selected Alternative mean the Project, and references to contractor mean Developer. Developer shall comply with and perform all of the contractor and ADOT requirements, including the ADOT obligations, commitments, and responsibilities, identified in the following table, except to the extent of those requirements that are specifically identified in the third column, entitled “Description of ADOT Responsibilities,” which are not delegated to Developer.

  • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • Political Contribution Disclosure The Contractor shall comply with the Maryland Code Annotated, Election Law Article, §§14-101—14-108, which requires that every person that enters into contracts, leases or other agreements with the State, a county, or an incorporated municipality, or their agencies, during a calendar year in which the person receives in the aggregate $100,000 or more, shall file with the State Board of Elections a statement disclosing contributions in excess of $500 made during the reporting period to a candidate for elective office in any primary or general election. The statement shall be filed with the State Board of Elections: (1) before a purchase or execution of a lease or contract by the State, a county, an incorporated municipality, or their agencies, and shall cover the preceding two calendar years; and (2) if the contribution is made after the execution of a lease or contract, then twice a year, throughout the contract term, on: (a) February 5, to cover the 6-month period ending January 31; and (b) August 5, to cover the 6-month period ending July 31.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • WHO WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE FORM AND ANY UPDATES? The information disclosed on this form and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may therefore be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This form and any updates will accompany the information for the applicant’s project or item. However, for development-related items, if an applicant discloses the existence of one or more of the relationships described above and the matter would normally receive final consideration by the Concurrency Review Committee or the Development Review Committee, the matter will be directed to the BCC for final consideration and action following committee review.
