Status of Device. 3.1 The device being provided to the student is in good working order or has not been used before. 3.2 The student is responsible for the security of the device during the school day. 3.3 The School may demand the return of the device or disable the device for any reason, for example, upgrade software, inspect hardware or software’s operational performance, or if there is suspected misuse of the device, or to verify that the device is being used in accordance with this Agreement.

Status of Device. 8.1 The DEVICE being provided to the Student is reconditioned 8.2 The School may demand the return of the DEVICE for operational reasons, for example, to upgrade software, to inspect or correct operational performance, if there is suspected misuse of the DEVICE or to verify that it is being used in accordance with this Agreement and the School’s Technology Agreement.
Status of Device. 9.1 The Device being provided to the Student is new, and will not have been used before. 9.2 Students will be responsible for the device at all times during school hours. At such times when the student may need to leave the device (during morning tea/lunch breaks or teacher-directed activities such as sport), the school will aim to provide a secure location for their storage. The device will be left in a locked classroom. 9.3 The School may demand the return of the device for any reason, for example, to upgrade software, to inspect hardware or software’s operational performance, if there is suspected misuse of the device and to verify that it is being used in accordance with this Agreement and the Device Rules for Students.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the End User’s customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 2.7.2 BellSouth shall permit AFN to connect AFN’s Loop facilities to the End User’s customer premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case. 2. Nothing in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall affect the fulfilment of wider obligations with respect to the arbitration of unresolved issues arising in the context of a mutual agreement procedure resulting from other conventions to which the Contracting States are or will become parties.”.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor.
