Statutory and Recognized Holidays. 15.1 The holidays recognized under this Agreement are: New Year's Day Civic Holiday Good Friday Labour Day Easter Monday Thanksgiving Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Family Day 15.2 Statutory and recognized holidays falling on a Saturday or Sunday shall be observed on the following Monday. When Christmas Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it shall be observed on the following Monday and Boxing Day on the following Tuesday. When New Year's Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it shall be observed either on the preceding Friday or following Monday. 15.3 EPSCA reserves the right to change the day of observance of Canada Day to the preceding Monday if it falls on Tuesday and to the following Friday if it falls on Thursday.
