Statutory Benefits Follow Additional Benefits. If a unit employee has exhausted his/her benefits under Article Five, Sections VII. A, B and C, and if the employee is still temporarily or permanently disabled, he/she shall receive statutory temporary disability benefits in effect at the date of illness or injury.
