Statutory Requirements and Notices. 4.15.1 To supply the Landlord with a copy of any notice, order or certificate or proposal for any notice order or certificate affecting or capable of affecting the Property as soon as it is received by or comes to the notice of the Tenant;
4.15.2 To comply promptly with all notices served by any public, local or statutory authority, and with the requirements of any present or future statute or European Union law, regulation or directive (whether imposed on the owner or occupier), which affects the Property or its use;
4.15.3 At the request of the Landlord, but at the joint cost of the Landlord and the Tenant, to make or join the Landlord in making such objections or representations against or in respect of any such notice, order or certificate as the Landlord may reasonably require;

4.13.2 To comply promptly with all notices served by any public, local or statutory authority, and with the requirements of any present or future statute or European Union law, regulation or directive (whether imposed on the landlord or tenant), which affects the Property or its use and which are consistent with the Tenant’s repairing obligations in this Lease or relate to the Tenant’s business or the Tenant’s occupation and use of the Property.

4.15.3 At the request of the Landlord, but at the joint cost of the Landlord and the Tenant, to make or join the Landlord in making such objections or representations against or in respect of any such notice, order or certificate as the Landlord may reasonably require provided that such actions are not adverse to the Tenant’s own commercial interests;
4.15.4 To observe and perform the obligations of any agreement entered into prior to the date of this lease under any statute or subordinate legislation so far as the same relates to the use and/or occupation of the Property.
