Statutory Undertakers. The Developer shall pay all charges that may be levied on the Council or the Developer by any of the statutory undertakers in respect of removal, protection or alteration of any of their apparatus necessitated by the Section 111/278 Works.

Statutory Undertakers. 14.1 The obligations in this Deed shall not bind or be enforceable against any statutory undertaker who has or takes in future an interest in the Site for the purpose of providing apparatus pursuant to its statutory undertaking for the Development.
Statutory Undertakers. 7.1 The Developer shall arrange for and pay the cost of any alterations to the apparatus of Statutory Undertakers Public Utilities and Operators of a Telecommunication Code System necessitated by the Works and shall indemnify the Council against any claim by such a body in respect of any such damage
7.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the rights of any Statutory Undertaker Public Utility or Operator of a Telecommunications Code System
Statutory Undertakers. The CDoHASS at its own expense shall be responsible for arranging all works in connection with the diversion or alteration of Statutory Undertaker’s apparatus, including sewers, required as part of the Works and shall ensure that all such works are implemented and completed prior to construction of the surface layers and installation of highways assets.

The Seller shall be at liberty at any time before or after completion of the grant of the Lease to the Buyer to grant (or procure the grant of) to the local or county authorities water and electricity boards the post office and other authorities and undertakings such easements wayleaves licences rights and privileges as shall reasonably be required in connection with the services usually provided or maintained by them to serve the Building and the Lease will take effect subject to any such grant already or hereafter to be made by or procured by the Seller under the provisions of this clause provided that such grant shall not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the Property
