Step 3: Employee Relations Officer - Union Staff Representative. Should the grievance remain unresolved, the unit member or Union representative may, within ten (10) working days after receipt of the department head response, submit the grievance in writing to the Unit member Relations Officer. The Unit member Relations Officer, or a designated representative, shall meet with the assigned Union Staff Representative within ten (10) working days of submission and attempt to resolve the dispute.
