Step 3 (Filing a Grievance). Within ten (10) working days of receipt of the decision under Step 2, or if no decision is forthcoming, the grievance may be submitted to the Vice- Xxxxxxx, or their designate. Within ten (10) working days of receipt of the Step 3 grievance, the parties will meet to discuss the grievance at a time and place suitable to them.
