Common use of Step 3 (Filing a Grievance) Clause in Contracts

Step 3 (Filing a Grievance). Within ten (10) working days of receipt of the decision under Step 2, or if no decision is forthcoming, the grievance may be submitted to the Vice- Xxxxxxx, or their designate.
