Common use of Step Three: President Clause in Contracts

Step Three: President. (a) Within seven (7) response days after receiving the decision (written response) from the Xxxxxxx, the grievant may appeal to the President of the College or the designee. The appeal is in writing and accompanied by a copy of the decision at step two.
