Step Three - Right of Reply to Report. 2.3.1 The supervisor shall provide the employee with a copy of the report at the time it is submitted to the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor. The employee shall be entitled to 10 working days to submit to the Senior Deputy Vice- Chancellor a written response to the supervisor's report.
