Moving Out a. Each Resident must remove all personal belongings from their room when the Occupancy period ends or this Contract is terminated. The room must be cleaned and all keys returned to their respective service center prior to move out being complete. Remaining personal items will be considered abandoned and will be sent to OSU Surplus for public auction or disposal. Funding Out Clause A Contract for the acquisition, including lease, of real or personal property is a commitment of Region 4 ESC’s current revenue only. Region 4 ESC retains the right to terminate the Contract at the expiration of each budget period during the term of the Contract and is conditioned on a best effort attempt by Region 4 ESC to obtain appropriate funds for payment of the contract.
Lock-Outs No lock-out of ASF Members shall be instituted by the Employer during the term of this Agreement.
Opting Out 6.1 The Opt-Out Deadline has Expired
CONTRACTING OUT The Hospital shall not contract out any work usually performed by members of the bargaining unit if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any employees other than casual part-time employees results from such contracting out.
STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT 11.1 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strike and the Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of the Members in this bargaining unit. The meaning of the words “strike” and “lock-out” shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act and its Regulations.
