Call outs means work performed by Contractor at the special request of ACS for clean up of snowdrifts, slush or plowing of egress or ingress paths for vehicles and people. “Call outs” does not include any work included in Snowplowing, Stacking and Removal, nor does it include requests to correct defective work.

Call outs. Under circumstances where an Employee who has left work is subsequently called back by the Employer to work on an unscheduled basis during the Employee’s off-scheduled hours or scheduled day off, the Employee shall be paid the greater of:
(i) a minimum of four (4) hours at straight-time rates, that is, at the applicable base hourly rate per Schedule “A”, for four (4) hours or less of actual work on the “call out”, including paid rest periods but excluding unpaid meal periods and any travelling time; or

It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their home, duty, and emergency numbers are UP TO DATE on the AF Form 1181 at all times. Prescription medication is administered during the hours of 1000 and 1400. If the health care provider directs medication to be administered 3 times per day, CYP personnel will administer the medication once during the typical day (10 hours of care). If the medication is to be administered 4 times per day, CYP personnel will administer the medication two times during a typical day (10 hours of care). If medication is to be administered 1 or 2 times a day, medication will not be administered in the CYP.
Call outs. TWO HOUR MINIMUM: Employees called out for overtime duty shall ---------------- receive at least two (2) hours pay. Employees called out who work into their regular shift shall be paid the appropriate overtime premium for at least two (2) hours and straight time for the remainder of the shift.
